The Triggerfish Room has both garden and ocean views with French doors that open onto a private section of deck.  

 

The private deck area is joined by the large stretch of deck that directly faces the beach.  This arrangement allows privacy and also a nice social area for friends and family traveling together.  With the shaded deck and nearly constant breeze, rooms stay nice and cool.  

 

The room has a queen bed with overhead reading light, large captains’ drawers and lighted ceiling fan.  Room amenities include:  A/C, WiFi, TV & DVD player, mini-frig & microwave, coffee maker and a small safe for passports and valuables.

A fully equipped guest kitchen is adjacent to the Triggerfish Room.  Guests particularly enjoy having their breakfasts and light meals at Grotto Bay.  Coolers are provided for island touring.

• November through February $145/night

• March through July $155/night

• June Long Island Regatta  $165/night

• 4-night minimum

• $50 cleaning fee

A nonrefundable deposit of $200 will guarantee your reservation.   Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to date of arrival.  Due to our remote location we cannot refund payments that are made less than 30 days prior to the start of your booking, unless we are able  to rebook.  We can also offer a credit towards a future booking.  Regatta payments are due in full 30 days prior to arrival and are nonrefundable.

Grotto Bay’s chevron-shaped beach house features an astounding 220-degree ocean view from its great room and kitchen.  The two bedroom wings enjoy ocean views and also overlook the lush landscape of banana and papaya trees, and blooming Frangipani and Bougainvillea, in front of the house.

 

The master bedroom wing includes a king bed, bathroom complete with dual sinks, bathtub and an exotic enclosed open-air shower.  The other wing of the house has a large bedroom with queen bed, queen futon, office space with desk and a half-bath.

 

All rooms have access to the sweeping deck that overlooks the ocean – great for entertaining and watching the Long Island Regatta!  Decking on the garden side leads to a gazebo that overlooks the exotic cave grotto, which gives Grotto Bay its name.  

 

The Beach House is perfect for families and also for friends traveling together.
